My wife explicitly asked about two preprinted charges on a form. Salesperson said she would not have to pay those just the agreed upon price, DMV fees and tax. When we got to the finance managers office they were included. They would not take off the $175. The sales manager also played games with the reduction in price. Sometimes you need to take principle into account.
Found online used 2025 Nissan rogue listed at 19.5K 20K miles. Nice. They actually had a lot in stock.

Horrible service the worst dealership I've been too tried to sell me back my lease saying the dealership needs to get their money back. Literally leased from them, luckily knew to go through nmac then keep dealing with these crooks time and time again there have been constant class actions against this place. On November 18, 2022 we leased a 2023 Roque from Nissan of Garden City. The transaction ran approximately 4 hours; couldn't extricate myself from process once we began discussion. As part of deal, the manager Victor Diaz accepted my 2020 Rogue with body damage. An outside autobody shop gave me an estimate of 800.; as Nissan had a 500. deductible - I believed I owed 300. additional; so I gave Garden City Nissan an additional 300. When Nissan felt the car had no additional expense, the dealership would not refund my 300. good faith payment. Stay away from this dealership and review their other reviews! Dr. B.
Very unpleasant experience here. I test drove 4 cars and asked about pricing. The salesperson told me that “it doesn’t work that way”. Their dealership doesn’t tell prices for their car. He spent lots of time reading (mansplaining) carfax reports to me. No deal here.
On January 26, 2023 I returned my 2020 Nissan Murano lease and completed a new lease for a 2023 Nissan Murano.
When agreeing to new lease deal I informed them about 3 monthly payments that were not paid in 2020, due to Nissan's offer for a pandemic freeze on payments. They offered up to 12 monthly payments freeze but after 3 months I began making my payments of $400.72 again.

I want to give 0 stars to Nissan at Garden city. I went there on August 19/2022 for new car with my trade in car. They got all my info and then salesman come and asked to fill credit application before any vehicle review and numbers. Sneaky dealership. It was pulling teeth getting information. The MSRP sticker was removed from vehicle. We asked several times to see the MSRP but it was never provided. When I voiced my dissatisfaction to my salesperson he blamed me and said I should have insisted on seeing the MSRP. Would never go back to this dealership.

They overcharged for the car by over $2000 on the finance papers and included a never discussed $2000 service plan! First, they force you to test drive any vehicle you're invested in, ok minor inconvenience.
